Then came the circus (literally) and weightlifting. But without proper hydration and
nutrition, I ended up with gout. Clearly, I needed a healthier approach. So I hired a
coach and learned about proper macro tracking, though I knew calorie counting had its
flaws. Eventually, I realized that extreme dedication wasn't sustainable for me.
A personal trainer friend recommended Precision Nutrition, and after working with
another coach, I finally enrolled. Then, life threw me a curveball — a
concussion sidelined everything. But after months of recovery, I earned my PN
certification and started coaching.
Now,
I take a whole-life approach to nutrition, focusing on sustainable habits,
mindfulness, and building a healthy relationship with food.
